Summer Soccer Ticket Giveaway

The 2025 Summer Soccer Ticket Giveaway ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States of America, age 18 or older. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Flourish ("Sponsor") are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

The Promotion begins on Friday, July 11, 2025, and runs through Friday, September 29, 2025. Random drawings will be held every Friday during the Promotion Period.

Automatic Entry with Purchase:

• Each purchase of a bowl, salad, or flatbread from Flourish Fly-By during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry into that week’s drawing.

No Purchase Necessary (Alternative Method of Entry - AMOE):

• To enter without making a purchase, complete an entry form in person at Flourish Fly-By located at 72 New Park Avenue, Hartford, CT, during business hours OR fill out an entry form online at https://flourishhartford.com/soccer

• Limit one (1) free entry per person per day.

All entries, regardless of entry method, must include full name, phone number, and valid email address to be eligible.

• Each week, one (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a 2025 Hartford Athletic home game of the winner's choice (subject to ticket availability and team schedule).

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $50–$100 per pair.

• Tickets are for game admission only; transportation, food, and other expenses are not included.

• No cash or prize substitutions, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

• Winners will be selected by random drawing every Friday from all eligible entries received that week.

• Winners will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours of each drawing.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries for tampering, fraud, or non-compliance with these rules.

• By accepting a prize, winners grant permission to Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Hartford Athletic, and their affiliates from any and all liability related to participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.
